The Cordyceps militaris mushroom has had a long use in Tibetan and Chinese medicine who give the mushroom numerous properties. The mushroom is widely used in top sports for its supposed effects. The Cordyceps militaris has been given the name caterpillar fungus and that name really does suit this mushroom.
